Korean bass Dongho Kim studied at the Korea National University of Arts , then he moved to Berlin where he attended the Hochschule für Musik “Hanns Eisler”, after that he specialized at the Accademia del Teatro alla Scala in Milan under the guidance of Renato Bruson, Luciana Serra, Luciana D’intino, Vincenzo Scalera. Dongho Kim is a multiple award winner: 1st Prize at the Magda Olivero international singing competition and at the Gigli Franci international singing competition; Sarzana opera festival competition 3rd Prize, Riccardo Zandonai competition in Italy 1st Prize; Ningbo International voice competition in China 2nd Prize. After his debuts in Korea and Germany he made his debut at the Teatro alla Scala in Milan in Don Carlos (Deputato fiammingo), as Osmin in Die Entführung aus dem Serail and as Basilio in Barbiere di Siviglia.
